Guest Room Charges

Currently, Kasturinagar Club has 5 Ac Guest rooms  (3 Deluxe & 2 Suits) and the current tariff of the same will be fixed by the Managing Committee from time to time.

Reservation

1. Reservation for accommodation may be made by person, over on phone or by
2. reciprocal members on payment of cash/transfer in advance.

Check In Procedure

1. All reciprocal members will be required to produce their membership identity cards
2. for entry, and use of club facilities check-in 12.00 noon & check -out timing 11.00 am

Extra Occupancy

1. Children below 12 years of age - No Charge
2. Occupancy of others will be extra and the tariff will be prescribed by the Managing committee from time to time.

Check-In & Check-Out Time 12.00 noon

1. Where reservation is sought for member's guest the members in person shall furnish the following particulars along with the formal application
2. Name of Guest/s
3. Occupation of the Guest/s
4. Designation if serving (including self-employed)
5. Marital status of the Guest/s
6. Full postal address and telephone number of the guest/s
7. Copy of Govt issued ID cards

Booking & Occupancy

1. Rooms shall be reserved by the Member only for their Guests.
2. Requests for reservation will be permitted up to one months in advance.
3. All requests must be confirmed in writing / signing of reservation forms and statement of declaration by the concerned member.
4. Bookings are confirmed on the date / time of filling reservation forms or receipt of letter in writing from members.
5. Rooms are allotted on a first come first serve basis and no requests for specific rooms will be entertained.
6. Rooms are allotted subject to availability.

Occupancy:

1. Guest rooms shall be used for residing purposes. No commercial activity willbe permitted in the rooms.
2. Guests shall be governed by the behavioural norms and dress code of theclub.
3. Any loss / damage caused to the club property shall be charged to the member / guest at market replaceable cost plus all incidental changes.
4. The decision of the competent authority will be final in this regard.
5. Cooking, use of gas or electric stoves is prohibited.
6. The club shall not be responsible for any loss of property / cash etc by a guest during his stay.
7. Suggestion / Complaint if any should be addressed to the Hon. Secretary Guest on their own shall not reprimand or punish any staff members.

Cancellation

1. Booked date 12 noon as reference.
2. Within 24 hrs Full rent
3. Beyond 24hrs to 48 hrs : 20%
4. Beyond 48hrs to 7days : 10%
5. Beyond 7 days Rs.100/- per day, per room
6. No pets are permitted in the rooms.
7. No firearms are permitted to be carried by Guests in the club premises or in the rooms.
8. Guest may avail facilities of the club such Bar&Restaurant;, Health Club etc by paying the prescribed charges notified.
9. No accommodation / dining facilities are provided for chauffer' s / servants of guests.

Payments

1. All bills should be settled in full either by the member booking the room or his guest as indicated by the member in the booking form.
2. In case of any problems the members concerned will be liable to clear alldues and the same will be debited to his account.
3. Affiliated members are not entitled to any credit facilities. All charges should be charged to the room and the account settled in full before checking out.
4. Check out timings will be 12 noon.
5. Affiliated members / guests who will settle the accounts by cash shoulddeposit the room rent for the period of stay as advance before occupation of the room.
6. Affiliated members are not permitted to bring or entertain guests.

Period of stay

1. Members guest are permitted to stay for a period of 6 days only at a time
2. The same guest cannot continue staying beyond the prescribed period of the 6 days by booking the room as a guest of another member
3. No member is permitted to book more than Three Rooms in a calendar month or at any given time.
4. Guests should indicate their local residential address / telephone number in the reservation forms.
5. At present the room tariff includes a complimentary veg breakfast. All taxes / service charges etc will be charged extra.
6. Private parties cannot be hosted in the rooms.
7. Catering / Bar service is limited to Guests occupying the room only.
8. No visitors are permitted to stay beyond 10.30 pm in the room.
9. The above rules are comprehensive in nature, however in case of any specific situations the decision of the competent authority is final&binding.;
10. All Bye-laws of the Club should strictly be observed.

Bar & Restaurant

THE AC & OUTDOOR FAMILITY RESTAURANT:

 The Club has a modern Architect designed Family restaurant with Air Conditions, having a sitting capacity of 40 to 50 members. Outdoor open-air restaurant to enjoy the food and beverages along with the family. 

Rules

1. All the players (Members& Dependents) will follow the Dress Code. This will be enforced strictly, with powers to the Marker/ Assistant to ask the players to vacate the courts for not following the same.
2. Only no-mark sports shorts or Track suit bottoms T-shirts (sportswear) and badminton shoes (barmuda pant, striped / checks shorts are strictly not allowed)
3. Members are requested to change into their badminton shoes once they come into the badminton hall.
4. Members have to change their dress in the respective change rooms provided in the badminton hall.
5. Players are requested to vacate the court after playing one game when other members are waiting.
6. Only club appointed coach will coach the students. The coaching should finish by 5.30 pm to enable other members to play.
7. Members are not allowed to play during coaching time or summer camp period.
8. Suggestions should be written in the Register book kept with the Marker, with member's name and membership number. No verbal suggestions will be entertained.
9. Snacks, Cold drinks and liquor or ice creams strictly not allowed inside the badminton hall.
10. Prescribed Subscription fees has to be paid in advance before start of playing

Card Room Rules:

• Entry is restricted to members only.

• Maintain silence and decorum during play.

• No outside food or beverages allowed.

• Strictly no gambling or cash transactions permitted.

• Club timings and staff instructions must be followed at all times

Dress code for gym

1. Gents: Should Wear Track Pant & T Shirt / Shorts & T Shirt with only Sports Shoe
2. Ladies: Track Pant & T - Shirt / Shorts & T - Shirt / Salwar Kameez with only Sports
3. Shoe. Bear Foot & Slippers are not allowed.
4. Members and Dependent members are requested to sign the register as soon as they enter the Gym. They are also requested to produce their Club ID card on demand.
5. Please do not operate the Music system. It is the job only of the Gym instructor.
6. Members / Dependents / Guests are requested not to operate the TV. The Gym Instructor will play any of the following channels (without sound) on specific instructions from the chairman, Health Club
7. Members are requested to write their names in the Q's for any one Tread Machine / Cross Trainer only.
8. Members who are waiting for the Tread Machine / Cross Trainer are not permitted to give their chance / turn for other members who come late or their turn is at last.
9. Members are not allowed to write other members name of they are physically not present in the Gym
10. Members are requested to use the Tread Machine for 20 Minutes and Cross Trainer for 15 Minutes only.
11. Channels: Sports, National Geographic, Discovery

Basic Rules:

• Only members or authorized guests allowed.

• Non-marking shoes are mandatory.

• Each game is played to 11 points (best of 3 or 5).

• Rotate after each game during peak hours.

• Handle equipment responsibly and return paddles/balls after use.
