5. To read and record the proceedings of Annual General Body Meeting of the
year 2023-2024.
6. Annual report for the year 2024-2025 of the Kasturinagar Welfare Association
and Kasturinagar Club by the Hon. Secretary.
7. To Consider and approve the audited statement of accounts for 2024-2025 of
Association & Club.
8. To consider and approve the Budget for the year 2025-2026.
9. Any other Subjects with the permission of the chair.
